Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but it is possible to take control and find relief. My approach focuses on helping clients understand and manage the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of anxiety. Using methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we identify and reframe negative thought patterns that fuel anxiety. Techniques such as EMDR and Mindfulness-Based Therapy further help clients reduce their responses to triggers. Practical tools for relaxation and grounding empower clients to navigate daily stressors with confidence. Together, we work to build emotional resilience, improve regulation, and create lasting relief from anxiety.

MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY

Family and relationships thrive on communication, respect, and understanding. I provide Marriage and Family Therapy to help couples and families navigate challenges such as communication breakdowns and life transitions.
